The Providence Latin American Film Festival (PLAFF) is the largest and most exciting film festival of its kind in all of New England. Our festival takes place right in beautiful downtown Providence, Rhode Island, at the RISD Auditorium and other nearby venues. PLAFF is one of the few competitive Latin Film Festivals in the country, with a jury comprised of international industry professionals and local filmmakers. Panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, music and dance concerts take place along with our unique program of selected films.
